Visit Glaser’s Glenn Log Cabin Resort for summer and fall color and fun!! You’ll love relaxing under the shade of our big oak, maple, and beech trees in the peace and quiet of the area. You’ll enjoy recreation with your family, playing volleyball, badminton, horseshoes, shuffleboard, or tether-ball. There are also swings to be enjoyed by kids of all ages! Build a campfire up on the bluff by the cabins or at our lakefront to enjoy chatting or cooking over the fire! You’ll enjoy horsing around in White Lake, great for swimming, water sports or fishing.
Glaser’s Glenn has water access to beautiful White Lake where you can enjoy boating, fishing, and swimming; 6 miles long by 1.5 miles wide. We have 125 feet of lake frontage for your fun in the sun. White Lake channels out into Lake Michigan through the Army Corps Engineers-maintained channel. A rowboat’s use is included with each cabin rental. White Lake has lots of Large-mouth, Small-mouth, and White Bass; Black Crappie, Bluegill, Sunfish, Rock Bass, and Yellow Perch; Northern and Walleye Pike; Steel-head; and Catfish. Glaser’s Glenn has a fish-cleaning station available for guest use.
White Lake Area
The White Lake Area is a low-key resort town. It is not a tourist trap, but it has everything you need to function. It has three full-serve grocery stores, two dollar stores, and a discount department store. There are lots of shops– from antiques to gifts shops and art galleries. Public tennis courts, golf courses, and recreation land are located nearby.
A 4-season playground with things to see and do for every member of the family – everything from relaxing on the beach or playing in the sand to riding roller coasters, to sliding down an 850-foot luge track at the Winter Sports Complex, you’ll find something to do every day during your stay. And don’t forget our great festival and event line-up, where you’ll find something for everyone’s taste, all year-round.
Michigan’s Adventure Amusement and Water-fun Park
Michigan’s Adventure is a 250-acre amusement park in Muskegon County, Michigan, about halfway between Muskegon and Whitehall. It is the largest amusement park in the state and has been owned and operated by Cedar Fair since 2001
Silver Lake State Park
Silver Lake State Park is almost 2,000 acres of living sand-dunes along Lake Michigan shoreline. This area includes both dune country and acres of mature forest. One of the park’s biggest draws is the 450-acre off-road vehicle areas.
Hoffmaster State Park
P. J. Hoffmaster State Park features over three miles of Lake Michigan shoreline, a 297-site modern campground, towering Lake Michigan dunes, and the Gillette Visitor Center. Miles of hiking and skiing trails offer stunning views of Lake Michigan and subtle beauty at every turn.
